Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, MakeMyPatch and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
You are responsible for legal ownership of all logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to MakeMyPatch, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or produce) any logo or image associated with your order. You also acknowledge that the production of the images does not infringe any rights of any other company.
Artwork
The colors retranscribed on screen may be slightly different once embroidered. We can not guarantee hundred percent (100%) similarity with the image provided. A maximum of three (3) free retouching per design, in addition to the technical fees, may be applied. Slight alterations in size may occur due to the nature of the embroidered patches.
Sales
MakeMyPatch does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts. As mentioned previously, if one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Delivery Time
All delivery times are approximate and subject to variation without notice. No delivery shall occur until Seller has received all details from Buyer necessary to execute the order and Seller shall not be held liable for any such delay. Seller shall use responsible efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to Buyer’s requested delivery dates. The delivery date will be agreed on mutually between the Buyer and Seller. Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only and that Seller is not liable for failure to deliver on such dates, or for any loss or damage to Buyer or others as a result of any delay or change in the delivery time regardless of the cause. Seller shall not be liable for any delay in performance due to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil war or military authorities, fires, floods, earthquakes, earth movement, accidents, strikes, labor unrest, delays in transportation, shortage or interruption in fuel, electricity, labor or materials, or any circumstance or cause beyond the control of Seller. In addition, Seller shall have the right, in the event of the happening of any of the above contingencies, to cancel this agreement or any part therefore without resulting liability.
Import Taxes & Duties (U.S. Orders)
Effective August 29, 2025, all orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees as required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are imposed by the U.S. government and are not included in the prices displayed on our website or in the shipping costs at checkout.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Customer Responsibility – Any import duties, taxes, or fees applied upon entry into the United States are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer.
Not Included in Checkout – These charges are not collected by us at the time of purchase and will not be reflected in your final checkout total.
Payment of Charges – Customs authorities or shipping carriers may require payment of these charges before delivery of your order. Failure to pay may result in delayed delivery or the return of your package.
Non-Refundable – Import taxes, duties, and related fees are non-refundable, even if you refuse the shipment or the package is returned.
Compliance with Regulations – Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with local import regulations and restrictions in the United States.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details regarding potential charges before placing an order.
Duties, Import Taxes & Clearance Disclaimer (International Customs and Orders)
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. While we may collect estimated duties and taxes in advance where applicable and ensure that all required documentation and declarations are properly completed and submitted, customs clearance is conducted solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.
MakeMyPatch has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, decisions made by customs authorities. Customs approval, release, inspection, delay, seizure, return, or destruction of goods is entirely at the discretion of the respective customs officers and government agencies in each country.
Payment of duties and taxes in advance does not guarantee clearance or delivery. In the event a shipment is delayed, rejected, held, confiscated, or not cleared by customs for any reason, MakeMyPatch shall not be held liable for any resulting losses, damages, additional charges, or non-delivery.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with all local import laws and regulations in their country. Any additional charges, penalties, storage fees, or return shipping costs resulting from customs action shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Website material in any other media;
- selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
- using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
- using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;

This includes the right for MakeMyPatch to capture and use photographs and videos of finished products derived from Your Content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, advertising materials, and other marketing channels, unless you explicitly notify us in writing that such use is not permitted due to trademark restrictions or other valid limitations.
Your Content must be your own and must not infringe upon any third-party rights. MakeMyPatch reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
