  • Send us your design idea either in hand sketched drawing or graphic layout.
  • We will then send you a price quotation based on the design idea you submitted to us.
  • After your acceptance on our quotation, next is payment for your order.
  • Next our designer will create a digital proof in which you can review, revise and finalize. Once you approve and confirm the design, we will use that proof to create your custom patch/patches.
  • As soon as the patch/patches is completed, we'll inspect it and conduct Q/C (quality check) to make sure it arrive to your doorstep in perfect condition.

F.A.Q.

MakeMyPatch is a French owned and operated company now having its primary base in Thailand, all the production is made in our own workshop assisted by our French managers.

After the validation of the order and the payment is received, you will usually receive your order at your doorstep within 25 days.

During the peak season it may take 30 days.

Send us your design along with the required size and quantity and we’ll provide you with a free quote, after which you can place your order.

All we need is a clear image or your design in .jpg, png, .ai or pdf format. No need for a vectorized file, we digitize it for you.

After validation of your design, our team will send you an online invoice with payment link. One last click and your order will go into production. Credit/debit card via Stripe, PayPal and Wise bank transfers are accepted.

There is NO MOQ requirement for custom embroidered patches.
 
For custom chenille, printed (sublimation), PVC and woven patches, MOQ are as follows:
 
  • Chenille (Small Size): 30-50 pieces
  • Chenille (Large Size): 20 pieces
  • Printed (ONLY Small Size): 30 pieces
  • PVC (ONLY Small Size): 50 pieces
  • Woven (ONLY Small Size): 30 pieces
